Remote and Virtual Work: Trends, Challenges, and Strategies for Success

It’s estimated that 10 percent of the global workforce is comprised of remote workers. Organizations rely more and more on virtual, geographically dispersed teams using electronic communication as a primary means of connecting and getting work done.

Bradford Bell, associate professor of human resource studies, will take a closer look at remote and virtual work in this webcast. He’ll share findings from current research studies and a recent working group with Fortune 100 executives.

Christopher Collins, director of the Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies (CAHRS) and associate professor, human resource studies, will serve as moderator for this program.
