Our Hosts

Trish Robichaud is a seasoned Accessibility Compliance Expert, Work/Life Balance Coach, and Motivational Speaker with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals with chronic illnesses and disabilities. As the founder of Changing Paces, Trish has been instrumental in developing and implementing Accessible Customer Service Training programs across Ontario, Canada. Living with multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and bipolar disorder, she brings a deeply personal perspective to her work, enriching her training with authenticity and empathy. Trish’s dedication to fostering inclusive environments has been recognized through multiple awards, including being honored as the top volunteer in Ontario and Canada by the MS Society of Canada in 2004.

Constance “Addie” Ray is the founder and CEO of Access For All, LLC, an organization committed to ensuring the full enforcement of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) by providing education and services to the public and business owners. With extensive personal experience with disability and a profound understanding of ADA regulations, Addie offers services such as ADA Basics Training, facility evaluations, and new build consultations. Her passion for equal access is evident through impactful projects like “Strides,” where she interviews individuals with disabilities making positive community impacts, promoting inclusion and empowerment. Addie’s advocacy extends to policy change, striving to create a more accessible and inclusive world.
